Wellthy is not an agency but is a private nationwide care coordination service who supports families seeking childcare. Wellthy acts as a liaison between applicants and families. Applicants will not work for Wellthy but will be hired directly by private families. Jobs posted are those of private families seeking a private caregiver. Wellthy simply provides an initial screening to ensure job is a good fit, but final screening and hire will be conducted by the hiring family.
