Family seeking personal care services for a 8-year-old boy starting in Jan, M-F 5PM-7PM, and Sat-Sun 2PM-7 p.m. Our son enjoys reading, dancing, playing with cars, building blocks, playing make believe, and cooking! He is super sweet, and adventurous. The ideal personal care services candidate would include assistance with activities of daily living (access to the community, assistance with feeding, assistance with dressing, monitoring for elopement, bathing, eating, dressing, administering presorted medications, transferring when needed), and supervising playtime in the afternoon, assist with snack time, and play area clean up. Parents will be present during the day and working from the home. The position will require the candidate to fill out an Attendant Enrollment Packet with DMAS, and pay will be processed by CDCN Virginia. The rate is 17.27 per hour.
