I work on call so I will need help prepping m my 3 year old to school, pick up, dinner , then bed . The 14 year old is pretty independent. He will assist if needed . I will provide transpiration for pick up after school and drop off in the mornings . I need to be sure they both are getting to sleep on time and waking up early .. My schedule fluctuates so it’s very flexible . On days I can manage I will inform you 24 hours in advance . Then so forth.
