I just need a break sometimes from my kids. I have a 10 yr old boy, 5 yr old girl, & a 3 yr old girl. They are very active and bed time is 9pm. They know when it's bed time they go straight to sleep no issues. They are picky eaters but I will have a list and food prep so you will only need to microwave the food, no actual cooking.
