The 4 year old Robert is in the spectrum he is very sweet but he does have listening issues most of the time you'll have follow through with him and he will clean up his toys and listen. All three youngest are in diapers and Pull-Ups they are learning to be potty trained Robert has been on and off with it for past 2 years they typically get down for bed by 8-8:30pm and they start going down at 7 pm the two youngest Ashlyn and Emmett have separation anxiety. Will need to be comfort sometimes through out the night Emmett due to nightmares, Ashlyn just age being only 5 month old. We work nights and unfixed schedule that changes every week. The days requested are the typical days that we will need but there will be weeks where weekends or weekdays won't be needed on the days that we picked. We start at 8:30pm and we get to leave when the job's done typically around 4: 30-5:00 am only rarely will we be stuck at work after 6 am or even only till 2am. The goal is to have someone watching the children overnight. You make sure they sleep through and they're safe. We will usually have them either wind down or ready for bed by the time you come and we'll only need you to ensure that they go down and stay down. Doing the general maintenance for infant and toddler at night nothing out of ordinary or unreasonable.
