It's just my son, and I he stays with his father. 50% out of the time and I need help. With the times that he's with me I work late shifts and in it's hard to make time to see him. It's not an all week job. It's anywhere from 3-4 days out of the week. You will have to be someone who's okay with sitting late hours. Which would be till 10:30p the latest.
