Current Babysits policy regarding Coronavirus
Jan 6, 2021 - Due to the Coronavirus outbreak, many parents are struggling with childcare. Not only are parents who work in vital sectors often in need of a babysitter for their children, parents who work from home and single parents may often find themselves in need of a babysitter. This is why we want to give our community the best support possible. Here are our policies and suggestions on how to handle childcare during COVID.
Taking into account the guidelines of the CDC and the Federal Government, we try to give our community the best possible advice. At the moment it is allowed to physically do babysitting work in most areas, however, for more specific recommendations we highly advise you to follow your state's regulations and guidelines, as the situation differs per state.
We ask that our community follow the advice and adhere to our policy of safe babysitting in times of social distancing. For questions you can contact our customer service.
For parents and babysitters who no longer want physical babysitting / babysitting work due to the coronavirus crisis, we have started two new features, namely remote babysitting and online homework assistance.
